We read the reviews online and decided to consult Mr. Parsons for filing Permanent Resident (Category: EB - employment based Green Card). We were working very closely with Ms. Susan Dixon from his team. This is a team that listens to you, makes you aware of all current situations/ possibilities ...and provide with all your options and timelines. They were very helpful and prompt in responding our queries at lightning speed, clarifying all the questions we had (even though we had lot of basic and silly ones!), kept us well informed on the progress regularly (not once did we have to ask for updates on the progress) and most of all, helped us save money on medicals by filing the application on a quick turnaround so that the medicals didn't expire. The interview was also very well planned with a representative attorney in San Antonio to accompany us to the consulate.
