I knew he was the very best!

When I decided to retain Paul Parsons P.C. to assist me in my naturalization process I knew he was the best choice, for he had already assisted my son and my husband with Green Card and Naturalization processes. Mr. Parsons and his staff are the best immigration professionals we have ever met or hea...rd about, therefore, when it was time for my citizenship process, I did not even think about another attorney and I was very lucky that he decided to accept my case. One more time the process was totally successful. Norma Sandoval was always available when I had questions and Mr. Parsons was in constant communication with me which I very much appreciated.

We recommend Paul Parsons’s Office / read why.

Why going for a Law Firm? There are many reasons to choose to work with a law firm when starting an immigration process to the USA, and since I believe everybody has a personal reason, I can only speak of my own experience and am writing this because it might be useful for someone else as well. Any i...mmigration process is a highly bureaucratic process, and we decided to work with a law firm since it would help us organize the massive number of documents (many that are not clearly explained in the USCIS website) and because we have a handful of friends who all said that you really should have a lawyer for USA immigration. Why Paul Parsons Office? We read dozens of reviews (Google and Yelp) for an Austin, Texas based immigration lawyer and all the roads pointed to Paul Parsons’s Office. The reviews were great and we went for it. They did not disappoint, they are honest, thorough about the documents they need in order to organize your case (they make sure you do not forget any detail in preparing the documents) and they were there for us in every aspect of the journey in getting our materials in order to present a flawless case and that helps not only you but the US department as well since they would have everything they need to evaluate your case. Human Aspect. This kind of process can be highly difficult since you and your life can be under severe scrutiny, but Paul Parsons’s staff is great. They humanize the process, you feel like more than a case number, more like that they know you (and they do). I would like to extend a special thanks for Paul's Paralegal Daniel who was incredibly patient, competent and friendly, Daniel truly made the experience a pleasure. Cultural Awareness. For me, one of the most important facts that can make the experience in introducing yourself to a new culture in a process like this is working with someone that is aware of your own culture. Paul Parson’s Office knows and understands the multiple aspects of the Latin culture and that makes a huge difference. Do we recommend Paul Parsons’s Office? 100%. Go for it, you will not be disappointed. Flávia & Tyler Brazil & USA

So glad to have used this team.

Paul Parsons and his team have been wonderful in assisting me through my permanent residency process. They took a difficult time and made it worry free , at all stages they explained the procedure and instilled nothing but confidence in me. 2 thumbs up!

Amazing lawyer

Paul is an excellent lawyer. I worked with him for several years, first changing from a J1 visa to an H-1B, then renewing it, and finally applying for (and successfully getting) a green card. He works very diligently and always had me updated every step of the way, even responding to emails over the ...weekend. In addition, despite encountering unusual challenges along the way, Paul and his team were always able to overcome them and his predictions for each process timeline were spot on. If you're looking for a competent immigration lawyer, I highly recommend Mr. Parsons.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
