Mr. Treven is a very professional lawyer. Before I got in touch with him, nobody gave me the right support to get my student visa. Every time I needed to talk to him he was always available and ready to give me the best suggestions. He helped me to get my student visa, and I got it. When I arrived in Austin and I met him and his staff, they were very kind with me. It is a pleasure to give Mr. Trevena my recommendation.

Mr.Trevena and staff are awesome professionals. I brought my fiancée to the U.S. and they helped us so much. We are now married and not worrying about permanent residency anymore, which was successfully granted. Mr. Trevena and his assistant Ms. Janette Flores are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will recommend The Law Firm of Matt Trevena to anyone. They know exactly what to do, and the right steps to take.
Thank you so much for making our dream come true!

I highly recommend The Law Firm of Matt Trevena. Mr. Trevena and his staff - especially Ms. Janette Flores - are very professional and friendly, and took care of my entire process carefully. After years struggling away from my fiancée, we contacted Mr. Trevena and we could not have made a better choice. Every step of the process was approved, and today I am back to the U.S. I was recently granted my permanent resident status, and most important am happily married.
Thank you so much Mr. Trevena and staff!

I met Mr. Trevena via a physician residency program I was meant to train at but could not, due to a very complex situation; conflicting “definitions” of out of status as described by TX statutes and what USCIS versus the U.S Embassy in Lagos, Nigeria, (my home country), deems it to be.
Suffice it to say that after being found ineligible for an immigrant visa both in the U.S and Nigeria, Mr. Trevena was unrelenting to pursue this issue with the U.S State Department if Immigration, to argue my case competently, that we were on the right (eligible for an immigrant visa) based on their interpretation of the law. The U.S embassy in Nigeria had to revoke their denial and issued the visa based on his resilient commitment to excellence.

Matt and his highly dedicated team made my immigration process as easy as it can get. All I had to do was sign a few forms. My expectations were managed from the word go. I would recommend Matt to anyone who requires immigration expertise with my eyes closed, he is truly in a class of his own.

I am a Swiss Citizen who came to the US as an exchange student with a J-1 visa. After spending a semester at UT in Austin, I was able to extend my experience in the US engaging in Academic Training under the same visa. I consulted various attorneys in Austin, TX during the grace period my visa was to expire and stated my urge to stay in the US for a while longer.
After seeing some of the attorneys I was recommended by the school, I was getting frustrated with how they conducted business. None of them were able to advise me on my questions and simply put me off although I had to pay them a consultation fee. Thinking that my case is fairly straight forward, I was getting annoyed as these attorneys were supposed to be top-notch attorneys in Austin, TX.
I then conducted my own research and stumbled upon the office of Mr. Trevena and scheduled a visit with him.
To my absolute surprise, the meeting with Mr. Trevena was very professional where he was able to tell me all the different options I had given my situation with the risks and uncertainties associated with each one of them. We then agreed on pursuing the path where I would change my nonimmigrant status. About 4 months later, I received a letter from the DHS stating that I was granted my request.
Mr. Trevena has an excellent understanding of the immigration law. His service not only was professional but also conducted in a rapid and efficient manner. I would choose him as my attorney without any doubt if I had any questions regarding immigration in the future.

I needed some help with immigration issues and Mr. Trevena's expertise in the area far exceeded my expectations. He thoroughly knew INS procedures and was even familiar with an agent I had worked with many years ago in San Antonio--impressive! Mr. Trevena is an excellent, very professional, diligent immigration attorney, and he is Board Certified. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable attorney who will devote his time and energy to your case, look no further than the office of Mr. Trevena.
