I represent individuals and companies in business and employment law matters. I negotiate, draft, and review all types of business and employment contracts and agreements, including severance agreements, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, terms of use, statements of work, company agreements, real estate agreements, leases, executive contracts, and employee handbooks. 

I focus my litigation and appellate practice on complex business and employment disputes in state and federal courts. I represent businesses and individuals in disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, non-compete agreements, theft and misappropriation of trade secrets, and deceptive trade practices. I represent employers, employees, and executives in all types of employment disputes, including claims for retaliation, harassment, wage and hour issues, and breach of contract.
