Kyle helped me with a DWI charge. Due to my line of work, I needed the charge dismissed and Kyle delivered, even though the odds were against me. He didn't communicate with me. He didn't tell me cases were dismissed in another county. Folks found out and waited 4 weeks for him to say something. The charges were dismiss not because he did it, but because I told him to separate each misdemeanor and go to trail. Meanwhile iam in jail on MTR proba...tion. If he had checked that those charges were dismissed and no longer pending, then maybe the judge would have reinstated me . because of his I dont care attitude. I was revoked. Sent to tdcj for 7 years. He wanted to play the misdemeanor cases that were why I was on a MTR( motion to revoke) as showing he got them dropped so he could collect payment for them. $7,000 for misdemeanors (3) and felony revoke case. and oh did I mention he is scared of the prosecutors. My family forced him to refund half the money they paided him. He is not worth the risk.

My initial perception, after a terrible over niter, was that that Kyle quickly created a game-plan a strategy after hearing all of the facts of the case. I opted to retain his services immediately rather than go back and forth with a separate attorney that wanted $300 just to speak with him. Thro...ugh out the months and years of having Kyle by my side, I had no doubt that he would come through with his word.
