My initial perception, after a terrible over niter, was that that Kyle quickly created a game-plan a strategy after hearing all of the facts of the case. I opted to retain his services immediately rather than go back and forth with a separate attorney that wanted $300 just to speak with him. Thro...ugh out the months and years of having Kyle by my side, I had no doubt that he would come through with his word. Lowe does not over promise, nor does he give you the impression that you have to give up in any way. Kyle is a stand up lawyer that made moves on my behalf when I lost the privilege to drive (due to a revoked license) and so many other small things that made for a better quality of life during this matter. Because of him I kept my job, my life together and on the right path. A DWI is no laughing matter and you have to be ready to face consequences - the best advice I have to give to anyone out there that needs a criminal defense lawyer is to go with someone who has a proven track record, hear what their strategy is and go with your instinct.
