Biography
Although many cases of his are dismissed or reduced prior to a trial, Kyle has won acquittals for clients in 9 DWI, Assault and Murder cases since 2010. Kyle began as a prosecutor, assistant district attorney, and practiced as such from 1993 until 1997. In the summer of 1998, Kyle opened his own criminal defense practice in his home city of Austin. Kyle has practiced 100 % criminal defense since that date and focuses his practice on DWI defense and Criminal Defense. Kyle tries many cases to juries in Travis and Williamson and Hays Counties.

Overpriced and Subpar
Subpar lawyer. Passable for small felonies, but not qualified for anything serious. His fees are enormous and one can easily find more qualified lawyers for far cheaper prices. Amber Vazquez and David Chambers were both better for serious or unserious felonies.

never did what he was paid to do
He didn't communicate with me. He didn't tell me cases were dismissed in another county. Folks found out and waited 4 weeks for him to say something. The charges were dismiss not because he did it, but because I told him to separate each misdemeanor and go to trail. Meanwhile iam in jail on MTR proba...
