In The Interest Of Justice

Kenavon was helpful & informative before he was even hired, I first contacted Kenavon shortly after I was charged with "Assault on a Public Servant". I was innocent of the charges against me, but trying to convince a judge of that was a different story. I knew this case would be difficult to defeat, ...as it was my word against the Officer of the Law's, even though I was 31 with a clear criminal history. I consulted with Kenavon over the phone & he was very helpful & informative regarding my civil rights, motions I needed to file with the courts, positions the prosecution might take to maintain their claim and picking out details in my story that might help prove my innocence. I was issued a court appointed attorney due to lack of extra income. Seven months into the trial, my court appointed attorney was trying to get me to accept a plea bargain I did not agree to, so I fired her & hired Kenavon. He immediately took charge of the case & filed the motions to obtain the information that the court appointed attorney couldn't seem to get for me. Of course the judge was reluctant to call me innocent because that would mean the officer was falsifying charges, so it drug out for five more months. Every time Kenavon appeared in court, he had one more key to my defense. The officer even turned in photos that were taken in 2008 as evidence against me, (my charge happened in 2012) and Kenavon found the date on the original device coding of the pictures, proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the officer was lying. My charges were dismissed "In The Interest Of Justice". Kenavon was very timely & professional. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to represent me. I should also mention, this took place in Williamson County. I won't be "Assaulting" any "Officers" in the future, but I know I have Kenavon's number saved in my phone, just incase I'm accused of it again lol.
