Great service and trust worthy advice

I greatly appreciated Erik's stable and nurturing personality during my distressfully nightmarish legal ordeal. I had a serious legal issue with a close family member involving property and children. I was able to transfer this burden to Erik and his capable staff and they guided us to a very welcome... and agreeable conclusion. I highly recommend Erik Cary.

Erik Cary Great Lawyer

Mr. Cary took care of my divorce in a professional manner - he explained everything to me, served my wife with papers quickly and took care of the hearing and paperwork as quickly and painlessly as he said he would. Also, his staff was helpful and answered my questions when he was not available to t...ake my call and he called me back quickly - that's very important, as another lawyer I had never called me back until I called her multiple times.

Smart Attorney

Although I did not understand the direction of the case at first, Erik's plan was well thought out and he took into consideration the best possible outcome in my lawsuit. The process was long but Erik explained the details of each step as well as my options based on the responses from the opposing c...ouncil and the Court.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
