Erik Cary was always someone I felt I could talk to and he handled himself in a professional manner the entire time I worked with him. I felt like he had my best interest at heart. He dealt with a very sensitive time in my life with great compassion and concern.

Incompetent and over-charges
Although Mr. Cary claims many years of experience with family law, he in fact was unprepared for trial, got another lawyer involved without my prior approval, failed to file court papers in a timely manner and ran up my bills doing unauthorized work. All of this resulted in my having to pay an excess...
