Drea is unprofessional & incompetent to provide legal services. Refused to open our case file which takes 1 minute to pull up online. Did zero research had zero info on our case which we provided to the receptionist on the prior day on intake call. She was combative, rude, aggressive. TERRIBLE perso...n.

I recently worked with the Lefkowitz & Haire Law firm. Both of my parents passed away last year, and Lefkowitz & Haire expertly helped me navigate the probate process. The whole team worked together processing paperwork, communicating with me, and representing me in court. Throughout the entire proce...ss, everyone was very compassionate and understanding. All written and verbal communication was clear and easy to follow. My mother's demise was swift, and she was confined to the hospital during her last days. She wanted to make some changes to her very old will, but could not get to the lawyer’s office to sign a new will. Due to the circumstances and to get the will executed quickly, the whole team made a trip to the hospital to have my mother sign it. They even brought a notary and a witness. It meant so much to my mother that her final wishes were going to be honored. Attorney Drea Bjornson Haire assisted me in 2017 when then my Late Husband was in what I consider to be one of the worst Rehab/Nursing Facilities in the State of Texas. Texas Legal membership. recommended her as one of the attorneys for me to contact. She represented on our behalf when I no longer ...had the voice or fight. She assisted in the transfer of my Husband to move out of that Facility to a new. Attorney Haire was still by my/our side when facility stated Hospice needed to be involved and lastly in my husbands passing . For her professionalism and friendship I will forever be grateful to this young lady.

We hired her two years ago and she has done little to nothing to assist us on our case. The first part of the case is past and now we have a pending Lady Bird Clause that needs to be filed since my mothers passing yet she will not return phone calls or texts to take care of what she was paid to do. ... My next step is to file a complaint with the state bar.
