I recently worked with the Lefkowitz & Haire Law firm. Both of my parents passed away last year, and Lefkowitz & Haire expertly helped me navigate the probate process. The whole team worked together processing paperwork, communicating with me, and representing me in court. Throughout the entire proce...ss, everyone was very compassionate and understanding. All written and verbal communication was clear and easy to follow. My mother's demise was swift, and she was confined to the hospital during her last days. She wanted to make some changes to her very old will, but could not get to the lawyer’s office to sign a new will. Due to the circumstances and to get the will executed quickly, the whole team made a trip to the hospital to have my mother sign it. They even brought a notary and a witness. Drea Haire will not return emails, texts or phone calls. I spent months trying to get her to contact me back. I retained her services in May 2019. I gave her all the details of my case and she said she would be in touch. Nothing happened. I began calling her in July. Left voicemails and emails, no re...sponse. I texted her assistant asking that she call me, she never did. Finally in November, I texted a question. How could I get her to call me back? Write a bad review? And she called me a couple hours later. I had to explain all the details of my case to her like it was brand new information. She said she would work on it. I asked if we could talk again before the end of the year for an update. She said, of course. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing since that day. No response.
