Outstanding experience and result

I will be forever grateful for Doug's patience and persistence. Doug won my federal debarment case. The government accused me of white collar fraud and identity theft. Doug never gave up, and he always looked to go beyond taking a personal interest. I highly recommend his services.

Phenomenal Service

Doug represented me in an extremely difficult and emotionally challenging case in Federal Court. The Government accused me of fraud and other white collar crimes. Doug O'Connell's tenacious defense ultimately cause the federal prosecutors to buckle and dismiss the case. I will forever be grateful to... this excellent attorney and fine human being. I can't thank him enough!

Doug got my case dismissed

Doug told me that if I was patient and followed his advice, he could produce a good result. I trusted him and did what he asked me to do. It wasn't quick because the system moves slow, but he kept me updated as events happened. After 7 months with limited efforts on my part, my case was dismissed

My new best friend

Doug O'Connell was able to get my case dismissed, and I am extremely grateful. He made no promises but did explain what his intensions were and accomplished exactly what he intended. Doug is very professional, knowledgeable and just a plain nice guy.

Outstanding Attorney

Doug represented me for an expungement proceeding in 2014. His knowledge of the process and people involved gave me a great deal of confidence from the beginning. Doug kept me informed throughout the process and was able to successfully have all records of the event expunged. He is an excellent attor...ney who can definitely be trusted to represent you fairly and honestly.

Expungements and Orders of Non Disclosure are critical when starting a new career, applying for jobs, or just piece of mind. The complicated part is determining if your eligible. This can often involve obtaining the source documents from the District or County Clerks Office. You can't necessarily rely on the law enforcement criminal history. I'm happy that we were able to obtain the expungement you deserved.
