I have been very impressed with Mr. Cotton throughout my accident case. He kept me informed, was quick to response to emails and when I got confused, sat down with me to explain things thoroughly - about how an accident case goes and the different levels one goes through before settlement is made.
The ONLY issue I have had is with some of his staff members not doing their job or following up or making errors that delayed things a bit.
