As the parent of a teen (who made a dumb mistake and got into trouble), I found myself in a panic during the middle of the night trying to locate an attorney w/ juvenile / legal expertise. After reviewing many websites and analyzing attorney bios, David was a standout. He did not disappoint. From our... first meeting, his expertise and articulation to us of the JV legal system and subsequent strategy resulted in a dismissal. His flat fee was clearly stated and reasonable. Retaining a blue chip attorney like David was very reassuring during a very stressful time especially, when there is a lot at stake. The impact of JV issues in background of your teen can certainly leave a negative "stain" or interfere with future opportunities if not handled properly. David is now assisting with the follow up for sealing the case and advising us regarding the delicate nature of disclosures as need for many applications for college etc.. To the person who gavce one stars, after carefully reading your reviews, I can only conclude that your experience either took place in the space of your mind or simply is the best of mud slinging. My attorney was fully open about the likely fees, and in fact capped them when they reached a veryu rea...sonable level. Most importantly, in this respect, my case was resolved after they capped my fees. In my book, thats a double dose of integrity and trust. So, my opinion - fully knowledgeable about the law, fully knowledgeable about the process, the way things polay out, the judges, the prosecutors, etc. As well, completely in command of the inevitable ups and downs the process navigates. You get the law, the context surrounding the law, the playbook, and the play with this firm. Couldn t be any better, and got a better resosultion than hoped...thanks to solid crafting. Couldnt recommend any more than this folks.
