Dan Dworin was referred to me by another attorney I trusted. I was accused of a crime which I did not commit and which exculpatory evidence existed in abundance. I thought the County Attorney would see that and dismiss it immediately in the interest of justice. However, the "system" is rigged to ju...st make it easier for an innocent person to plead and get it over with. The judge and prosecutors in WilCo seem to be "in cahoots" setting monthly mandatory appearances for those accused ad infinitum. You can plead guilty and take a "bargain" without an attorney, but can't plead innocent pro se. After 2 month of getting nowhere I sought recommendations and hired Dan. He went and talked sense to the County Attorney, resulting in the false and baseless charges being dropped "in the interest of justice."
