Biography
Cowper Law is a boutique law firm that is different. We are different because we do not exclusively represent just companies or individuals. We do not think that great lawyers are made on the defense-side or the plaintiff-side of a legal action. We believe that every litigant (whether you are a Fortune 100 company, a new start-up, or a single individual going up against a large corporation) deserves a creative and tireless advocate. This is not the typical law firm model. In fact, it is a model that threatens the large law firm model because it blurs the lines between typical plaintiff and defense-style lawyering. We think clients want this. We think clients are smart enough to know that good advocacy does not obey traditional notions of plaintiff and defendant. We think this will put fear in our adversaries. It should.
