Brian Tillman is the MAN! He is an excellent defense lawyer, great communicator and now a friend!

I got myself into a pickle with a DWI when I wasn't technically driving the vehicle but had set the alarm off while sitting in the passenger seat rolling down the windows waiting on my driver. The driver was inside the recording studio. I had stayed in the car so I wouldn't disturb their recording. B...ut when the car alarm started I couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so I stupidly went to the drivers seat to move the car across the parking lot away from the studio. A man with his kids asked me if I needed help and I was stressed out and yelled some rude things so he called the APD on me. When APD arrived I wasn't in the car but the witness did see me in the vehicle and this was included in the police report along with the very rude name I shouted at him. As you will learn in your DWI classes, keys of the ignition still qualifies as a DWI, and someone did see me move the car to the other side of the parking lot. I have been working in legal for several years and seeking admittance to law school with goals of a government position. I knew this was bad news for my future even if I wasn't deliberately weaving down Mopac. Brian took the time to know me and communicated with me constantly, met me outside of all my court dates and did his best to keep me calm. He recommended that I go ahead and get all my classes and alcohol counseling done as soon as possible. I ended up in an alcohol awareness class on my birthday but it was so very much worth it. When we finally got ahold of the tape almost 6 months later, it was bad news too. Clearly I was excited and did a dance because I had walked a straight line, but the officer never turned on the mic on his lapel so whatever absurd things I said were not recorded. The only thing you could hear was me crying when they threw me in the back of the car. This was not good but also not bad. Brian was able to get me deferred for 2 years after we reached an agreement with the county and thus far I have been good and nothing has come up on my record. I did have to install the interlock in my car for 9 months but it has been totally worth it. Its amazing how your car wont start when you have had one drink or even Listerine but still an eye-opener for sure. Tillman is kind, professional and at times can make you smile in uncomfortable situations when you need it the most. He went above and beyond to help me out and was worth every penny I could scrape up to pay him. As long as I stay out of trouble this stupid mistake on my part shouldn't come back to haunt me and I should still have an excellent future in my chosen fields. Thanks Brian!

Great Criminal Attorney

Brian Tillman was a very smart, down-to-earth, diligent criminal defense attorney. He was very efficient, always on time, and always kept me informed of even the smallest details about my case. I recommend him to everyone I know in need of a lawyer. He has a great amount of experience, and it vast...ly shows. He was able to GREATLY reduce my false allegation. But beyond that, Mr. Tillman goes beyond the typical aspect of a client-lawyer relationship that shows in how he actually wants to help get the clients' case reduced to the lowest charges possible or dismissed entirely (unlike most lawyers who just see each person's case as another job, another dollar). I highly highly recommend Brian K. Tillman

Brian Tillman Defense Attorney: A Young Gun On Your Side

Most of us hope we never have to hire a lawyer. Still, there are often circumstances in this increasingly litigious society where it may be necessary. Being accused of a crime is difficult enough to deal with, finding competent attorneys to help in your defense is often even more difficult. A couple ...of years ago, I found myself needing the services of a good attorney. Believe me, I researched many of them. I finally narrowed my search down to just a few. I was most impressed with Brian Tillman's explanation of what I was charged with, and how my case would proceed. I was ready for the long haul to have either a jury trial, or find an acceptable compromise with the prosecution. While it took almost a year and a half, we finally achieved an acceptable compromise. During that time, Rhett Braniff joined Brian as a partner. I felt like I had two lawyers for the price of one. Anyway, even after reaching an acceptable agreement with the prosecution, Brian and his office continued to follow up and help me with a clerical issue in my case. I highly recommend Tillman Braniff PLLC. They are courteous, professional, and on your side when you need them.
