Mr. Guerra represented me for a questionable speeding ticket, and I could not be more pleased. Brian went the extra mile to explore the details and achieved 'deferred adjudication'. This is to say, no points, expunged record and a minimal fine if no other infractions for 6 months. He was personable,... thorough and knowledgable. I am a physician and don't have a lot of time and the little time I do have I don't want to waste dealing with a traffic tickets.
