I got a ticket for speeding 27 miles above the speed limit in a county 4 hours from my home. Needless to say, I did not want this on my record, but had no way of going down there myself to handle the ticket. I hired Brian because he offered a great price and had good reviews, and I'm so glad I did. H...e doesn't offer a lot of hand-holding or extra communication, but he got me a deferred disposition without driving school, which I am so happy to take. He's a great lawyer.

I got a speeding ticket while vacationing in Austin, and hired Brian. I didn't expect lots of lawyerly hand-holding for the price, and, indeed, I didn't hear much from him, even as hearing dates slipped by, etc. But it turned out Brian had everything under control (there are advantages to being an ex...perienced specialist!). He arranged a deal with the prosecutor, but it would have cost me a bunch, and I expressed (polite) disappointment. He offered to take it to trial, without charging me a cent more. And he didn't do anything to persuade me to take the deal, even though the trial meant more work for him (and, again, he really wasn't making any serious money on me). I didn't hear from Brian for a couple months, but today I got an email that he got my case dismissed. I can't imagine how....the ticket was legit. Anyway, don't think twice. Hire Brian and just let him do his magic thing. Best $85 I ever spent, and I sent him more as a tip.

Brian Guerra is a phenomenal attorney! He successfully obtained dismissals on 6 of 7 outstanding traffic violations I received several years prior. I am not proud to admit that I left so many outstanding tickets unresolved for so long, IN FACT, I had 7 outstanding warrants for my arrest and I almos...t contacted the City of Austin to pay all of the fines, however, I decided to give Brian a call first. I have never hired an attorney to help me through traffic tickets...I am SO glad that I called Brian first. He answered his phone the first time I called him(and he will call or text you right back if he cannot answer immediately)...I explained my situation...he recommended that I just allow him to review my outstanding cases(tickets) before I do anything. After he reviewed my outstanding tickets he indicated to me that he felt confident that he could obtain dismissals on all tickets. He told me his fee, which was incredible reasonable and a fraction of what it would have been had I paid the fines(not to mention the fact that once I paid the fines my driving record would have reflected all violations)...I paid him that day...the very next day I received an email from him to inform me that he notified the court that he was representing me. I checked the Travis County online court records and my court docket records were already updated with the information that he provided to me. After setting court dates with the court, Brian always kept me updated with what was happening. I know this was a long review...my guess is that if you're reading this review, you may need a little help...I highly suggest you speak to Brian before you do anything else. I'm incredible satisfied and grateful for his help...truthfully...these outstanding issues have been haunting me for years. Thank you!
