Brian Guerra is a phenomenal attorney! He successfully obtained dismissals on 6 of 7 outstanding traffic violations I received several years prior. I am not proud to admit that I left so many outstanding tickets unresolved for so long, IN FACT, I had 7 outstanding warrants for my arrest and I almos...t contacted the City of Austin to pay all of the fines, however, I decided to give Brian a call first. I have never hired an attorney to help me through traffic tickets...I am SO glad that I called Brian first. He answered his phone the first time I called him(and he will call or text you right back if he cannot answer immediately)...I explained my situation...he recommended that I just allow him to review my outstanding cases(tickets) before I do anything. After he reviewed my outstanding tickets he indicated to me that he felt confident that he could obtain dismissals on all tickets. Brian aggressively pursued my defense in a case of 70 mph in a 55 work zone. The sign had been placed within the acceleration ramp and, as such, was not viewable while looking left to enter traffic. Since there was a line of cars to my immediate left, and since one should NEVER decelerate on an acc...eleration ramp for fear of being rear-ended, I was forced to accelerate. A stationary police car 100 yards ahead clocked me at 70 on Laser. Brian got the charges dismissed! Bravo!
