Brian Guerra is a phenomenal attorney! He successfully obtained dismissals on 6 of 7 outstanding traffic violations I received several years prior. I am not proud to admit that I left so many outstanding tickets unresolved for so long, IN FACT, I had 7 outstanding warrants for my arrest and I almos...t contacted the City of Austin to pay all of the fines, however, I decided to give Brian a call first. I have never hired an attorney to help me through traffic tickets...I am SO glad that I called Brian first. He answered his phone the first time I called him(and he will call or text you right back if he cannot answer immediately)...I explained my situation...he recommended that I just allow him to review my outstanding cases(tickets) before I do anything. After he reviewed my outstanding tickets he indicated to me that he felt confident that he could obtain dismissals on all tickets. He told me his fee, which was incredible reasonable and a fraction of what it would have been had I paid the fines(not to mention the fact that once I paid the fines my driving record would have reflected all violations)...I paid him that day...the very next day I received an email from him to inform me that he notified the court that he was representing me. I checked the Travis County online court records and my court docket records were already updated with the information that he provided to me. After setting court dates with the court, Brian always kept me updated with what was happening. I know this was a long review...my guess is that if you're reading this review, you may need a little help...I highly suggest you speak to Brian before you do anything else. I found Brian through a close friend of mine. I had called so many attorneys and they were all giving me outrageous prices and really didnt care about me as a person. When I talked to Brian, he gave me an amazing price, and let me make payments. He truly cares about people which is rare, I was facin...g 3 years prison and he fought for me. Like a fool I waited until the last minute to do anything regarding my court appearance. The day before I was due to appear I found Brian. I am a physician and don't have a lot of time and the little time I do have I don't want to waste dealing with a traffic tickets. I called several other traffic lawyers and Brian's office was quick to respond. He had reasonable fees and I didn't have to go to court or take a defensive driving class.... Most importantly, my case was dismissed. What I liked most about Brian's firm was that he was willing to talk to me directly about my case and answer any questions I had as I had never used a traffic lawyer before.
