Honestly, he is the best lawyer in Austin, hands down. Over the year and a half working on my case he was very knowledgeable and confident, which kept me confident. He kept me in the loop, he’s very smart, and knows his stuff. In the end, he beat my case with a motion to suppress the stop. I highly recommend him!

I hired Ben Gergen on behalf of my boyfriend. He was on parole and being revoked. Mr. Gergen was basically going in to this blind folded and with no notice to really prepare for anything being the hearing was only 2 days away. I met him face to face the first time the same day as the hearing in the parking lot of the jail we went over and brushed up on everything he went inside met my boyfriend came back out and knew himself he was being railroaded. Needless to say he jumped on board and went to battle. He was a champ, is a champ!! We won the hearing and my boyfriend is bejng reinstated with his, parole and should be back home sometime soon. Paperwork shuffling is all that's left to be completed. Benjamin is a go getter for sure. He's not afraid to jump in head first if need be. I highly recommend him for any case you may need his expertise with. He won't steer you wrong.

I had a issue on where I had hired a lawyer prior to Benjamin, I had set bail with another lawyer who was too lazy to go to another municipal judge to sign off on it i was on a monitor , I then fired him and Benjamin came in. I am back with my family from the ankle monitor. Still fighting this case but hiring Benjamin is worth it, he’s straight up and forward. You don’t expect that from many lawyers. He’s great if your in Austin and get caught up on some bogus charges! Thanks Benjamin I will forever use you if I get into any other problems in life!

Ben has done a great job on my case so far and I highly recomended him to any body that has a drug case in travis county.
