I could not be more happy with the outcome of my case. I was arrested for DUI with a high BAC and a multi car accident (no one was hurt) so my initial situation had little hope. After meeting with Amando for the first time he made it clear to me that the journey through this situation may be tough, b...ut the final product might not be as bleak as it seems. Amando got me to do all of the victim impact panels and alcohol awareness classes out of the way at the front end and made a good enough case to the prosecutor that my DUI was dismissed! A plea deal resulted in the case being refiled as a lesser charge but the great weight of a DUI being forever stamped on my background was lifted.
