Brenda Rhea

I used Brenda for a recent divorce and was very disappointed. She is very knowledgeable, very direct and came highly refered. That's the good. With me, she did not return calls promptly and seemed only concerned with an expedient settlement. In my decree there was a section about visitation with my c...hildren that we discussed in great length. I made it clear what I wanted and she assured me that the language covered my request. Not so: I am having to retain another attorney to try and have the decree modified because the language was not specific enough and left loopholes. I spent a lot of money and time on this issue and explained in very clear unambiguous terms what I wanted. Now I am having to pay thousands more to have the decree modified, which is by no means an easy task. I realize not all bases can be covered in divorce proceedings and things come up: but this issue was discussed time and again and I was assured that all i's were dotted and all t's crossed...turned out not to be the case.
