The main job practicing probate law, is to arrange things so my clients do not need to probate anything.

Admin law is its own world, and not a very friendly one, as the government ususally wins. But it helps to understand it and to know how to fight government agencies using it. In my opinion, admin law should not exist, as it is unconstitutional.

Lawyers do not have to be brokers, so anything a broker can do, I can do. This is why brokers will not share their MLS system with lawyers. They do not like the competition.

These are very hard cases to win, but I have done it. It is amazing how badly a simple fall can injure a person.
