Sudeepta Singla

She is an extremely talented attorney, I was blessed to have found her and her firm. My court case is still ongoing but our first day in court she kept opposing counsel on his back foot. So much so that after constantly being objected to and having every one be sustained when the time came one was no...t he carried on as of it was. Truly amazing! She is well prepared in court, she came with everything needed digitally and hard copies in case the judge wanted paper in hand or there happened to be some technical hiccup. She concentrated on what was important to the case now and what could wait for later. So far I've been able to get what I've asked for and managed to keep custody of my 4 children, which were most important to me. She truly is a wolf among sheep, if you need a family law attorney 5 stars does not do Sudeepta Singla justice.

I retained representation from Ms. Singla and I am glad I did. I had a child support/ paternity hearing on the 22nd. Most men in this circumstance don't leave thanking GOD, however, I did. She covered and protected me very well from not only myself but from my ex and the A.A.G. She stayed on "top" of... the negotiation and we didn't even have to go before the judge. My son now has my last name, my child support is very acceptable and I walked away with much more time with my son than I should have been able to get at his age. His mother still doesn't realize what Ms. Singla negotiated her into. Seriously, I shouldn't have been able to get the nearly 50/50 split in my visitation week until he was 3 yrs old. I had an old case from 2014 for my first misdemeanor DWI. The first time I went to court by myself, the judge told me that I had already signed for a year state jail and that I had a month to seek out representation. I came across Sudeepta, gave her a call and she spent over 30 minutes on the phone ...with me while she was on her way home to spend Thanksgiving with her family in Houston. She made me feel like she cared and walked me through the whole retaining process etc. Her fee was flat, and she offered a payment plan which helped a lot. She kept her word as far as the price we discussed and no "extra charges" came up ever! On my following court date, Sudeepta was in the courtroom speaking with the prosecutor before I arrived, and she told me what was previously offered was "30 days county jail". She and I both went in front of the judge to have the date reset again and the judge totally changed her attitude towards me and decided to tell the truth about what I had previously signed for since now I obviously couldn't be railroaded. After that was done, she took the time to talk with me outside for a bit because I had obviously felt taken advantage of and was upset, and even gave me a hug. A few times Sudeepta was not able to appear at my court dates because she has many cases, but she contacted me prior, and let me know that one of her esteemed colleagues would be there with me and that she would be in the same building and if I felt uncomfortable with them and wanted her there that she was only a phone call away. With each court date, my sentence got less and less. I only ended up doing 5 days in county jail and I can not thank Sudeepta and her team enough. The best part is that I felt safe and like she cared. She never rushed me, and every time I called or text she responded or answered. I have never written a review for ANYTHING, but she totally deserves it. Do yourself the favor and retain her NOW!

I consulted and hired Sudeepta on my issues finalizing and then subsequently enforcing a prenup with my fiancé (and subsequently ex-wife). Attorneys have the ill reputation of racking up the fees for little reason and without compassion. Singla, however, is worth every penny and totally with compassi...on. That's because we were able to get a summary judgement relatively painless (is divorce and a prenup ever painless?) and I felt well treated the entire way! I will definitely use her services again should the need ever arise.
