Sudeepta Singla

I had an old case from 2014 for my first misdemeanor DWI. The first time I went to court by myself, the judge told me that I had already signed for a year state jail and that I had a month to seek out representation. I came across Sudeepta, gave her a call and she spent over 30 minutes on the phone ...with me while she was on her way home to spend Thanksgiving with her family in Houston. She made me feel like she cared and walked me through the whole retaining process etc. Her fee was flat, and she offered a payment plan which helped a lot. She kept her word as far as the price we discussed and no "extra charges" came up ever! On my following court date, Sudeepta was in the courtroom speaking with the prosecutor before I arrived, and she told me what was previously offered was "30 days county jail". She and I both went in front of the judge to have the date reset again and the judge totally changed her attitude towards me and decided to tell the truth about what I had previously signed for since now I obviously couldn't be railroaded. After that was done, she took the time to talk with me outside for a bit because I had obviously felt taken advantage of and was upset, and even gave me a hug. A few times Sudeepta was not able to appear at my court dates because she has many cases, but she contacted me prior, and let me know that one of her esteemed colleagues would be there with me and that she would be in the same building and if I felt uncomfortable with them and wanted her there that she was only a phone call away. With each court date, my sentence got less and less. I only ended up doing 5 days in county jail and I can not thank Sudeepta and her team enough. The best part is that I felt safe and like she cared. She never rushed me, and every time I called or text she responded or answered. I have never written a review for ANYTHING, but she totally deserves it. Do yourself the favor and retain her NOW!
