Saved my life

Mr and mrs Banks are the kindest lawyers I have ever met. They always listen and are very honest about everything going on. Don’t let there kindness fool you they are still fighters. They fought for me and never stoped. If you were putting your future in any ones hands I would bet on Banks.

The Best Lawyer You Could Ever Ask For

I was accused of resisting arrest and immediately hired Richard Banks. He was on my side and ready to fight from the get go. I would recommend him to anyone. He is also the nicest guy and makes you feel comfortable and more at ease about your situation. If you want to win, hire him immediately. He wo...n my case and we never even had to go to trial. He had the prosecutors scared and they dismissed my case.

JURY VERDICT = NOT GUILTY

Richard and Leslie Banks handle only criminal cases in Caldwell County, and I am glad they handled my "resisting arrest" case involving the Luling Police. Three cops testified against me at trial, yet the jury believed me over them. I am so glad I had the Bankses on my side.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
