Tate N. Saunders

I had a similar experience with Tate, so it was interesting to read the previous review. He went not just weeks, but months without returning dozens of phone calls. Impossible to reach--most of the time, his message machine was full so you couldn't even leave a message. Emails were not returned. Zero... or minimal billing records. He is impressive until he gets your retainer payment, and then he vanishes. This can be very scary when you have a case that affects your whole life! I'm surprised that he hasn't gotten into serious trouble with the State Bar.

In the almost 8 mo. I've been trying to work with Tate he has continually been evasive, dismissive and unavailable.He has never sent me anything in writing, a bill,reciept, or any documentation of how he has spent my money or what he's done for it.I've written a detailed letter to him documenting the... numerous times I've tryed to get information,at least 15 times,and hadn't recieved any responce. I asked if he would resign and return my deposit. The answer was no.Here we are several mo. later. Still no responce to my case or my questions. This experience has been both frustrating and very unprofessional.I find his character and practice to be appaling and offensive.
