I hired her to help me with a lawsuit and it was a huge mistake! I basically had to force her to do her job after she took a large amount of money from me. It would take multiple emails before she would even respond and then I would find out that she had not even done what she had said she would prio...r. Then she would charge me for each email! After months of this, i tried to tell her I did not want to continue her service any longer. And she told me that I couldn't. The case was finally dismissed a couple of months ago and I have yet to receive the unused balance of my retainer. I have sent multiple emails requesting payment and have not received a response or my money! She made an already stressful situation even more stressful than it had to be. So now I've contacted the state bar and they are advising me on how to handle the situation.

Andrea is just wonderful. She fought so hard for me and made a miracle happen in court when everyone doubted what we did could be done. She is a great attorney. I hired Ms. Scheinbein for a custody case. The mother and her lawyer were trying to play all sorts of legal games to try and avoid the issue at hand. With her experience (AND SHE KNOWS THE LAW WELL!), she was able to maneuver and stop the wasting of money. Ms. Scheinbein got right to the point,... always returned phone calls promptly, and even gave me her personal cell phone (most lawyers don’t do that.) Most of all, she is a fighter and a bulldog! When she showed up for trial, this lady was well prepared. I highly recommend her, she did an excellent job for me, did a great job preparing me for trial, was well organized and I got the outcome I had hoped for. Her legal assistant, Jo Ann, is great too. I shopped around for a long time to find a good lawyer like her! I got lucky finding her. Thanks for all the great work!

Andrea is a wonderful person and an awesome attorney. I was facing an ugly divorce and custody battle. I was told by friends, family and even attorneys I interviewed prior to Andrea, that just because I was a man, it would be impossible for me to gain custody of my 2 daughters (one being an infant)....
