He never talk or defend me in court, he let you talk by your self and because of that i loose my case. I dont know why he put his personal number in the freaking website if he never answere a sigle call!! and his assistance don't know anything about any case they always said... I will call you bac...k, to answere my question and never call back, And then call me the same day a few hours before a motion to let me know we have a motion or cancel it or telling me that he is going to send someone else to represent me. Thats BS! if your situation is delicate make you a favor and do't hire him go with someone who know what he is doing. Good luck

I retained Mr. Aguilar to fight a criminal case for me. I was a 1st time offender, the prior attorney i had wanted me to plea guilty under some program called "deferred adjudication" meaning that upon completing probation the charge gets dismissed upon good behavior, but i was not guilty. other attor...neys didnt see that, they just wanted to me to get into the program and they would advice me that it was the best and easiest thing to do, i finally contracted Mr. Aguilar, he took the case to trial for me and won. I am complete satisfied with Mr. Aguilar. as i read the other messages on his profile, i think the ones that complaint about him did not truly know Mr. Aguilar nor Mr. Aguilar's work. Mr. Aguilar did a great job to reply to me when needed, I wouldnt talk to him on a daily bases, but i trusted that he was doing my work even though I wasnt on the phone with him daily, what lawyer has the time for that? not even my prior attorneys. But when the time came to see if Mr. Aguilar had truly done his work and homework - he did! Got me Not Guilty. Thank you Mr. Aguilar for all you have done for me, it has also affected my family and work in a positive way. thank you! LC

As a client, you should be well informed for the price paid him but it's the client who kept following up on the case. For the high price of his servi...ce, very poor outcome.
