Without his guidance, I think my ex would have completely broken me down. Mr. Aguilar gave me strength through knowledge and constant reassurance that we would get through it — and we did. He made sure I received custody of my children, the community property I was entitled to, and the proper child support amount. I also have a child with special needs, and Mr. Aguilar made sure that my divorce decree was written in detail to fit my situation and to allow me to continue receiving all the state assistance my child needs. The decree he prepared was thorough, personalized, and far from a generic order — it was crafted with care and precision. In conclusion, Mr. Aguilar always kept me calm, was patient, responsive, and truly went the extra mile for me. This man was a recommendation…he did poorly on my divorce and patenting plan paperwork. He said I would have a standard parenting plan when NCP didnt show up but then messed up on all the verbage on my paperwork. Would never answer my questions and was hard to get ahold of. Lazy anf unprofessional. T...hank you cuz now im having to spend more money(as a single mom) to get my paperwork situated.

I went to Mr. Aguilar because i had an open case, I went through 2 prior attorneys before Mr. Aguilar, the prior attorneys did not do want I legally wanted in court. Yet, Mr. Aguilar was my voice in court, fought very hard for me, and made smart and intellectual arguments. Mr. Aguilar sure did his ho...mework on my case and brought up evidence that helped my case.. The opposing side was in shock, Mr. Aguilar sure had a field day with them. It was great, through out the process he helped a lot, keep me calm, was always a phone call/msg away, he gives you his personal cell phone number - who does that ?!?! The previous attorneys I had never gave me their personal phone numbers ... He was great from the start, throughout the entire process, and got me the final remedy that I wanted. Worst lawyer. Took my money, did absolutely nothing for my case. Would NOT recommend. He did not tell me when court was, I missed all my court sessions. When we were in court, I spoke to the judge myself and he stood there and said absolutely nothing. A real lawyer is there to defend you! He asked fo...r remediation in which more money was to be paid. That remediation did no justice. Horrible business with you Mr. Aguilar. Yet I still wish you nothing but the best.
