Cesar Omar Aguilar

I retained Mr. Aguilar to fight a criminal case for me. I was a 1st time offender, the prior attorney i had wanted me to plea guilty under some program called "deferred adjudication" meaning that upon completing probation the charge gets dismissed upon good behavior, but i was not guilty. other attor...neys didnt see that, they just wanted to me to get into the program and they would advice me that it was the best and easiest thing to do, i finally contracted Mr. Aguilar, he took the case to trial for me and won. I am complete satisfied with Mr. Aguilar. as i read the other messages on his profile, i think the ones that complaint about him did not truly know Mr. Aguilar nor Mr. Aguilar's work. Mr. Aguilar did a great job to reply to me when needed, I wouldnt talk to him on a daily bases, but i trusted that he was doing my work even though I wasnt on the phone with him daily, what lawyer has the time for that? not even my prior attorneys. But when the time came to see if Mr. Aguilar had truly done his work and homework - he did! Got me Not Guilty.
