Lisa Lynne Taylor

Lisa was referred to me by 3 people and after talking with her I knew she would be passionate about my case. My case was transferred from another county and her staff kept me in the know about the process, new hearings and copies of all documents. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my case! I got divorced in 2009. I hired a different attorney, that someone had recommended, to handle my case at the time. I had two sons, one from a previous marriage and one with my wife at the time. My wife was actually trying to get custody of both my sons a...t the time, even the son that wasn't hers. My attorney at the time was always showing up unprepared and reset the hearings multiple times due to it. When we finally went to trial, I remember my attorney asking another attorney for advice because, for some reason, he thought my wife had standing in filing for custody. The attorney he asked for help was Lisa Taylor. She pulled out a book she had in her briefcase and pointed out something to him, before you knew it, my son was home with me. But that was just the beginning. Because of this other attorneys incompetence, my ex-wife was able to move away to Pennsylvania with my youngest son and refused to allow me visitation. When I drove the 1800 miles to attempt to get him for my summer visit, she called the police and tried to have me arrested. I tried to have the court orders enforced but my attorney at the time, could do very little. I remembered how my attorney had gone to Ms. Taylor for help, and how by simply quoting law and literally telling my attorney what to say, I had my son back. So finally I went to see Ms. Taylor. Lisa is amazing. She had me visiting with my youngest son within weeks, and making my ex-wife answer for her refusing to abide by the court orders. She also had the court modify my orders to accommodate the move and allowed for more pleasant visits. She advised me and kept me informed every step of the way, always having me and my son's best interests at heart. I truly believe that I wouldn't have seen my son again if it was not for this brilliant attorney. We're going back to court very soon because my ex-wife is now wanting to modify the orders by the court and not send my son to see me anymore, I know I couldn't be in better hands. I did not have much experience with attorneys. I really thought that an attorney was an attorney. They all went to law school and they all know the laws. I couldn't have been more wrong. As I said, Lisa and her entire office staff are amazing. I would recommend her to anyone with any kind of family issues. After seeing Ms. Taylor in court, I wouldn't trust my case to anyone else again!
