Mr. Nunez helped me with an old case from 2019 I had had a warrant for my arrest all was handled so great in 2023 he moved fast on my case he was so awesome to work with and very professional in court. I agree with other reviews Lupita the paralegal who works in office is a fast talker and does not h...elp you with what you ask for. She is extremely manipulative and can make you uncomfortable to say anything at all. The secretary in office who works the front desk is very kind and helpful. If you can bypass Lupita. Mr. Richard Nunez was a 10/10 for an attorney I am so grateful for his approach and just how he is as a person. He listens well and if you come as professional as YOU can on your end it all works out better than you expect!! I did all that was expected of me at probation and Judge Rincones let me go free and I didn't have to pay the remainding probation fees. The entire experience with the Nunez was great. So much so I am returning and going to hire him again to clear my background.

He did not meet my fiance until the day they actually went to court. So my husband didn't get get to prepare and fight for what he wanted He did not inform my fiance of the chances he had to win his home or other great opportunities he had. Richard Nunez's "paralegal" has been VERY rude by not answe...ring my husband phone calls or mine or responding to our messages. The only reason we where TRYING to contact her was to get his divorce decree. We got the run around from her for 2 months. We dececided to hire another attorney to re-do the whole divorce case again. The money we paid Nunez went down the drain. Lupita (paralegal) even gave my fiance new attorney the run around when it came to passing over my husband information to them. She was very unprofessional and RUDE!! They has caused lots of emotional distress we even bought a marriage license that we can't use because it expired so that money also went down the drain hopefully with this new lawyer we can finally get His divorced and he can remarry me even though I already consider him my husband
