Lazy. Incompetent and entitled
Mr. Padilla has proven to be ineffective, incompetent and without intelligence when it comes to criminal law and prosecution. His inhumane tactics must be scrutinized by a jury of his peers or he cannot continue to be held as an authority of any kind in public office.
