Hi I am really hoping you can help expose this local attorney. 3 years after we have paid, submitted our documents and complied she Never completed our bankruptcy. She actually said her assistant "lost" our information (including bank account #'s and our and my children's personal information, i.e...... Social Security, date of births, address, etc) after we had submitted it multiple times. She then offered a refund which a year later she hasn't given us. We state over and over in these emails that we've been calling her for weeks without a reply and she gave nothing but excuses. We actually never met her in person as we were always seen by the assistant she refers to as Grace and blames for losing the original paperwork. This is not just about the refund but also letting other people know so she doesn't do this to them. She is inappropriate in every way including the one time we got a glimps of her in the office and she was dressed Very provocatively (hot shorts and heels). She has many, many pictures and videos of herself online but is very hard to keep track of as she has changed offices and phone numbers at least 3 times that I am aware of. Please help keep her from doing this to other families in Corpus that are in such a financially devastating situation as she will take their money and not help. We now have new attorneys and have had to repay the entire amount of our bankruptcy and an additional $5,000 in interest and fees due to her complete lack of service.
