Mr. Gonzalez, informs you of what is required and expected of you during the initial filing of your bankruptcy request with positive and understandable common sense language, and then his able, professional, dedicated staff of associates, immediately will assemble your documentation so that the court can proceed with the filing. Mr. Gonzalez will then ably prepare you for the creditors 341 meeting and sit along side you, at that meeting, to assist you, if required, during the brief Q&A with the courts trustee. I selected Mr. Gonzalez, because his practice specializes solely with, representation of only bankruptcy clients, and therefor his is a dedicated expert especially within that area of Texas Law. I personally, most highly recommend his personal knowledge and abality and that of his entire staff, should you ever have questions or a need for legal assistance with a bankruptcy. Excellent communication
Joel and his staff were very responsive to any questions or concern we had during our litigation process. They were easy to communicate with . In the trustee meeting, we were very impressed with Joel's preparedness and professionalism. It was apparent the trustee representatives conducting the meeting were also. We were very pleased with Joel and his staff.
