Lindsay M. Browne

I would highly recommend Lindsay Browne. She represented me in a very hard and difficult divorce and custody case. She was patient with my overly excessive worries and anxiety and helped calm down with the truth even if it wasnt always the easiest to hear. She was there to answer all of the endless q...uestions I had. I got 50/50 custody of my kids and she advised me several times on certain issues, that turned out for the best. She was amazing and thoughtful and patient with me through it all. You can't go wrong having Lindsay Browne as your representation.

Lindsay and her team are outstanding. My husband and I were in a custody battle for his child. She made us feel like she genuinely care for our little family. She was honest and caring with us. Communicated frequently, made time for us when we needed her, advised us when we needed it. In the court ro...om, she was a shark. She was professional and polished. She fought hard for our family. My husband and I are so grateful to her and her entire staff.

Lindsay was everything I needed her to be. I knew it was going to be ugly and I wanted a strong female lawyer representing me that wouldnt cower and let me get hosed. She handled everything that came at her, a belligerent ex and her dirtbag lawyer, springing court dates on us and getting those canned.... She was truly amazing and she cared about me and my outcome. She stuck with me through all of it. I never had issues getting ahold of her or getting her to act on things when I needed them. I had to hold her back when she was going in for the kill. If you want to win, you will with Lindsay. I have and will continue to recommend her to people that need a family lawyer.

I definitely would not recommend anyone use this attorney. She talked a good game and i trusted her with my custody case but then she completely flopped. Seemed like she only worked on it when i called her but then had the audacity to say that i called her too much and wanted too much contact from he...r on my case. I ended up having to fire her and get a different attorney to represent me and once he came on board things started to move and were resolved rather quickly. I think it is worth mentioning that while she did have my case she was also in the process of hiring another paralegal so i think that would make it pretty clear that she had more work than her office could handle. She still took my money and worked as little on my case as she could until i released her. I asked for a partial refund due to her not having time for my case but she said it wasn't her fault that i wanted to hire another attorney. I guess i should have let her work on my case casually until it was resolved instead of getting the representation i paid for. In my opinion her law degree is basically a license to steal since she took my retainer and did little on my case. The real icing on the cake is when i asked for the original file and a detailed bill but received nothing back from her offices. I really hope you or someone from your office reads this Lindsey... maybe ya'll can get to my request some time soon. ~~~crickets~~~

I was never in the dark with the process. She always had my best interests in mind. She truly listened and cared.
