I would highly recommend Lindsay Browne. She represented me in a very hard and difficult divorce and custody case. She was patient with my overly excessive worries and anxiety and helped calm down with the truth even if it wasnt always the easiest to hear. She was there to answer all of the endless q...uestions I had. I got 50/50 custody of my kids and she advised me several times on certain issues, that turned out for the best. I hired Lindsay in 2015 after I was poorly represented by another lawyer. I wanted Lindsay initially but I needed a lawyer quickly as I had little notice to retain a lawyer (delivered divorce papers on Dec. 26, 2014 and needed a lawyer on Jan. 10, 2015). Lindsay wasn't immediately available due to th...e holidays so I chose another lawyer. My biggest regret is not waiting until Lindsay was available. Once I realized how poorly I was represented and how I was taken advantage of, I reached out to Lindsay. Once we sat down and discussed my case, which was a custody case in which I wanted 50/50 custody of my kids, she was ALL IN on helping me get what I wanted and deserved. It was a long process because my divorce decree had been finalized in early 2015 and there wasn't much we could do until 2017. Lindsay was still extremely attentive to my case and my needs, even when the only adjustment we could make was an expanded SPO. We couldn't fight for 50/50 until 2 years after I hired Lindsay. But she assured me through the entire process, which lasted 4 years, that we will win this and everything will work out and I would have 50/50. Despite my ex-wife's and her lawyer's attempts to delay, stall, draw out this whole process Lindsay stayed with it. She battled and did everything and more than I could ever ask for. There were times where I just wanted to give up and concede that nothing was going to change and we shouldn't try anymore but she wouldn't let me. She literally fought for me as my family would. She continued to reassure me that my case was winnable and she was going to make that happen. I knew my ex-wife's actions deserved some consequences and Lindsay saw it the same way. Lindsay was always available when I needed her via email, text or phone. She could not have done a better job. We built this case together and she never stopped supporting my objective. After 4 years, on Nov. 22 I was awarded 50/50 custody of my 3 amazing kids and my future is forever changed thanks to Lindsay M. Browne. I still owe her lawyer fees, but, as I told her, I owe her so much more than just lawyer fees. I could go on and on about what she did for me. I'm forever grateful and will recommend her to anyone who wants a lawyer that will fight for you like family. She's a great person with great compassion and understanding. She's a bulldog that will not let you get pushed around by a manipulative ex and hiring her was the best thing I've ever done. Thank you Lindsay for everything you've done! Lindsay was everything I needed her to be. I knew it was going to be ugly and I wanted a strong female lawyer representing me that wouldnt cower and let me get hosed. She handled everything that came at her, a belligerent ex and her dirtbag lawyer, springing court dates on us and getting those canned.... She was truly amazing and she cared about me and my outcome.
