Kelly was very knowledgeable and expired when it came to custody matters. She worked and informed me where my strengths and weaknesses were and how to improve my position. Recently had the pleasure of using Kelly. She was the second family lawyer we used. The first one led us down the wrong path. Originally we had gone to Kelly to help with joint custody of our grandchildren along with our daughter. Made the mistake of going to court without Kelly. All we had to do was... sign some paperwork and be gone. WRONG. Luckily Kelly just happened to be there on someone else's behalf and helped us out. We had to reschedule and I swore then I would not be in that court without Kelly. Went back and retained her services again and she took care of everything. Never even had to go in front of the Judge. The entire child support case was ready for us to sign in a room with the AGs Representative. I wish we would have gone to her 3 years earlier. Not only does Kelly know her job but is a pleasure to deal with. Don't go to court without her.

Back in 2010 I hired Kelly to take over my divorce/child custody case from another attorney. She did an amazing job. Fast-forward to 2014 I hire another attorney my friend works for to do a bio termination / step parent adaption. We have reached 2017 and it's still not completed. I once again went to... Kelly and asked her to take over my case. Matter of fact when I spoke with her, she had to step in immediately and fix paperwork my last lawyer did not have correct. Kelly acted fast, she only had Andre hours till court closed, and it happened to be the last day it could be fixed. She worked very hard to get this taken care of. I will not use another attorney.
