I am very glad that the Lord directed me toward Mrs. Koch's services. Honestly she can be quiet frank and it may seem like she doesn't have the time of day for you, but let me reassure you that she has your best interest at hand. I felt this way during my son's consultation. I won't lie my feelings w...ere hurt during this meeting but then I realized it's not about my feelings it's about justice and I knew the battle my son was up against and I knew I wanted someone with a strong personality who would stand up for my son's parental rights in court. We were scheduled for mediation after our first court appearance and I believed that it was a waste of time that nothing could be resolved between these two young parents but I must admit I was wrong, because of Mrs. Koch's amazing (strong) personality and her expertise in the law along with the Mediator's help everything was resolved. Kelly fought hard for my son's rights during this 5 hour process and I am so glad I listed to the Lord and hired her. Thank you Lord and Thank you Mrs. Koch.

I live out of state, so I was going off a recommendation from a friend-of-a-friend, and then I used avvo.com to check that out. I dealt with Lorraine in the office, and then Kelly as the court hearing got closer. Modifying custody of a minor as an intervenor and not a parent, is not an easy thing! Ke...lly & Lorraine got things done on time & were able to come up with some great strategies to keep this child safe.

As soon... as I met with Kelly she reassured me that I had a great case and she actually got goosebumps that it was so good. With her reassurance I decided to hire her as my representation. The process took about six months but herself and her staff kept me notified about every procedure and notification that I needed. When it came to our time in court Kelly fought hard for me and I think she got to know me more on a personal level than just a client, I received everything that I wanted and more thanks to her hard work and knowledge of the law.
