My family needed an attorney ASAP and Mr. Gould was the only attorney that responded to my call immediately and I called at 7 o'clock at night. I called other attorneys but none ever returned my call. I needed help regarding a CPS matter and they even went as far as helping me with a legal matter tha...t was going on at the same time. Mr. Gould and his associate Mr. Ozzy kept in contact every day and even after court. These guys really fought for me and my families rights and they won my case. I've never seen an attorney in action like them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not once did they judge me for my past which many people do so do be afraid to contact them because they will get the job done and the results are great!!!!

He is expensive. I hired him to defend me in a forgery case in which I was being accused of committing when in all actuality I was actually the victim of a crime. I had sold a TV to somebody who paid me with a stolen check but instead of police assisting me with my loss they instead arrest me and ac...cuse me of being responsible for forging the check and then uttering it. To make a long story short, all the evidence available was to my benefit. The many attorneys I have spoken with since have also agreed that my case would have been an easy win. I'm much more knowledgeable now regarding the legal process but at the time I guess you could consider me a noob or someone who would been naïve. This attorney, rather than representing my case in court as I needed, and as I paid thousands of dollars for, he instead took advantage of my lack of legal knowledge and convinced me that Texas's deferred adjudication was by best option and he made it sound like it was similar to wining the case. He made me believe that my records would clear after completing it. Oh how stupid I was. Deferred adjudication although it kept me out of jail, it is no different than admitting to what you're accused of and your criminal records are forever tainted. This lawyer is a coward for not representing my case and instead tricking a naive person into believing this was my best choice. I will forever have a felony criminal record now for something I was totally innocent of.

It has been 3 years since The Gould Law firm reached an acquittal for my husband and every chance we get, we highly recommend their services. Mr. Gould and his legal assistant, Ozzie Ahumada, literally saved my husband from spending the rest of his life behind bars for an allegation that was not true.... While our legal system indicates we are innocent until proven guilty, the jury of public opinion differs from that statement when accusations of indecency with a child are thrown at you or the one's you love. Mr. Gould was simply magnificent when it came to defending my husband. His staff, helped prepare us for trial and although we knew the truth, your heart can't help but skip a beat when on the witness stand.... thankfully we knew how to look a the jury and answer truthfully. We are forever, thankful!!!

I recently made a review on Keith Gould about how I felt he was unprofessional and not a good attorney. Unfortunately I was wrong and cannot delete that review. I had an issue with him, we spoke about and solved this issue. He was been great since. In court he is aggressive and does not let his clien...t down.
