My wife and I became foster parents and immediately realized how limited our rights were and how difficult it is to get accurate information. We h...ired James to represent us as Intervenors in the CPS lawsuit. In today’s governmental red tape and endless bureaucracy, James is the “Bull in the China shop” that shakes things up and gets things done. He unearthed documents that contradicted the testimonies of parents and grandparents, turning the outcome of the trial to our favor. We were ultimately able to convince the court that termination of parental rights was in the child’s best interest and subsequently retained James to adopt the child. We only wish we had hired James the day we bought her first car seat.

HE WAS SUPPOSE TO HANDLE A CPS CASE APPEAL FOR ME. I HAD CONTINUALLY CALLED HIM FOR MONTHS WITH NO RETURN CALL. I LEFT A MESSAGE LETTING HIM KNOW I WAS GOING INTO THE HOSPITAL FOR A HYSTERECTOMY ON THE 15TH & WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANYTHING UNTIL THE 1ST. HE CALLS ME AT THE HOSPITAL ON THE 16TH ...TELLING ME THERE IS NO STANDING FOR AN APPEAL SHOOTING DOWN EVERYTHING I HAD TO SAY. I QUICKLY LEARNED HE WASN'T WORKING FOR ME BUT WORKING FOR CPS SINCE HE WAS COURT APPOINTED. I PRAY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS THE UNFORTUNATE LUCK OF BEING STUCK WITH HIM. I HAVE RESEARCHED HIM & CAN'T FIND ANYTHING GOOD OR BAD. THAT LEAVES ME CONCERNED. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS JOKER!
