We h...ired James to represent us as Intervenors in the CPS lawsuit. In today’s governmental red tape and endless bureaucracy, James is the “Bull in the China shop” that shakes things up and gets things done. He unearthed documents that contradicted the testimonies of parents and grandparents, turning the outcome of the trial to our favor. We were ultimately able to convince the court that termination of parental rights was in the child’s best interest and subsequently retained James to adopt the child. We only wish we had hired James the day we bought her first car seat.
