I hired Ms. Sims’ several years ago after I had let go of my previous attorney for her unethical behavior. Ms. Sims’ handled my divorce and child custody dilemma, with extreme professionalism and tact. She was extremely knowledgeable, exhibited a great deal of compassion and I am very grateful for ...her. i am currently a client of Sonja Sims and i will tell anyone that she is an amazing lawyer. she was my lawyer for my cps case and at the end of it she offered to help me with my divorce pro bono.........now i am days away from being divorced and i am very thankful for her help. i am finally able to ...be happy and i owe it all to her.

Ms. Sims represented me through a very difficult legal matter spanning several years. She was always very professional, straightforward, yet compassionate. She promptly responded to any questions or concerns that I had. Ms Sims gave me great peace of mind, and excellent legal representation. Even... after my Bankruptcy was discharged, she went out of her way to assist me in obtaining court documents that I needed to purchase a home. She was a great blessing during a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family for any legal matter.

Incompetent advice. Hired Ms Sims for a child support/visitation case. She did nothing over the course of 4 months and neglected to have my case retried as was my right within a 30 day window. She did not know about this and therefore i was extremely incompetent. Ms Sims withdrew herself from my ca...se after I'd paid her a great deal of money. Stay away.
