As a native Texan, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in philosophy with a minor in political science from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from the University of the Incarnate Word, he attended law school at Saint Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, David accelerated his studies and graduated in two and one-half years instead of the regular three years. David has been a licensed attorney in the State of Texas since 2001.
David has worked as an Assistant District Attorney in El Paso and Kerrville, Texas, and he has represented a variety of individuals and business business.
