Leland Garrett McRae

After long week of trial, it came back. I was not guilty. Leland fought for me very well. He thoroughly went through the evidence and the statements in the content of the case. We worked on it day and night until we were able to come up with a solid plan. There was some flaws in the victims statement...s that he pointed out in court And exposed them to the jury. After all the hard work that we put into the case, this resulted in a guilty verdict. He provided great legal advice, and he kept his cool although the DA was trying to throw him off. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t do it any differently. My Family and I was very happy in the decision we made picking him as our attorney. When all signs was pointing against me he found the signs that they could point towards me. I will highly recommend him to anybody.

As a mother, my heart and mind stayed in limbo for one whole week as my son faced 5 to 99 years in prison. But Mr. Leland, fought, passionately, mindfully, and legally to defend my son. Leland work on my son's high profile murder case, diligently for many years, over 5. He was a court appointed attorney for my son. Leland saw my son's case and immediately wanted to take it to trial. I agreed 100%. My son has mental illness and often didn't even know what's going on around him or wha...t's real. This did not detour Leland in the slightest. He sent him for a mental evaluation to make sure he was okay and to restore him to competency. It was during this time that my son was assigned another attorney. I pray to never need a lawyer in the future but I do it'll definitely be Leland. 30 years on the table only offer prosecutors were willing to come with, to NOT GUILTY!!! If he was a boxer he would definitely be heavy weight, coming with that TKO. He puts me in the mind of Cassius Clay, because he tells you what he's going to do and he does it, just doesn't tell you what round he's going to do it in. Just that he's going to do it and he delivers. He helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. I'm truly grateful and blessed to have had him for an attorney for my son.

This man got a felony and some misdemeanors dismissed without my boyfriend even stepping foot into court. He doesn't call or text me right away but that is okay because he is getting things done and that is all we really care about not to mention he was appointed by the court.
