This man was my husband court appointed attorney. He was terrible. He allowed my husband to be railroaded by the court. He also failed to provide any kind of defense which ended up with my husband going to prison for 20 yrs, for a simple possession charge of small amount of the substance.
Michelle, you were the person who blaimed the drugs you were using on your husband to the police. This didn't help the situation. As a habitual offender, your husband's minimum sentence was 25 years. Your husband was offered substantially less time than 20 years and could have been out of prison in 2 years had he followed my advice. But you Michelle convinced him to reject every offer until 20 years was the only option. I understand you are disappointed in the outcome, so am I. A LAWYER'S ADVICE IS NOT ALWAYS LISTENED TO.
